Jexet not only improved our employee productivity, but also the level of our customer service!

Before we met Jexet, we didn’t have an IT company supporting it. We just had a contracted IT specialist, but he wasn’t monitoring it full-time. Our network would go down constantly. It was very unstable. It was unreliable. And since we switched over to voice IP, and we’re slowly moving to a point-of-sale system, we needed a reliable network to keep our daily business functions up and running. Now Jexet has been taking over the support of our network. Just when there is a problem, I know I just have to call one number. And they can fix it, and it’s much less of a headache to deal with. And we really haven’t had any issues of the network going down anymore, which is great. Now that the network is up and running, we can explore more areas to improve technologically because we have a good foundation. So now, we’re slowly moving all of our stores to email. Everyone is a lot more willing to move forward with technology, whereas before everyone was timid about it. There is a higher confidence level. Jexet improved our employee productivity. If our network went down or our phones went down, our credit card machines would go down. Now Jexet definitely improved our customer service as well."
