What we're Looking for:

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge in IT
  • Great planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in Gantt and flow charts and other common IT-related tools
  • Motivated and proactive
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency


  • Target start date: January 30, 2017
  • Starting salary: $30,000-35,000
  • Can work full-time
  • Can travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems is preferred

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work across groups, aligning internal team members and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate project phases and schedules
  • Collaborate and serve as a liaison between departments and other team members
  • Provide support to team members
  • Facilitate resources and timetables
  • Analyze, create, and present reports
  • Foster teamwork and motivate others for success

Compensation and Benefit:

  • 30-35k per annum. Determined based on previous experience, pre-employment exam results and face-to-face interview.
